Thousand Oaks has long been a hub for cultural exchange, bringing global arts and performances to our community. The Bank of America Performing Arts Center, featuring the Fred Kavli Theatre and the Scherr Forum Theatre, regularly hosts international acts that enrich our local arts scene.
Upcoming International Performances
In the coming months, residents can look forward to a diverse lineup of performances:
- Australian Pink Floyd Show: Experience the renowned tribute band at the Fred Kavli Theatre on August 12, 2026.
- Los Yonics & Los Caminantes: Enjoy the sounds of these celebrated Latin music groups on August 23, 2026.
- Les Misérables: The classic French musical will grace the stage from October 9 to October 18, 2026.
These events offer a unique opportunity to experience international culture without leaving Thousand Oaks.
Community Engagement
Beyond performances, the Fred Kavli Theatre lobby serves as an art gallery, showcasing works from both local and international artists. This initiative fosters a deeper appreciation for global art and encourages community engagement.
By hosting these international events, Thousand Oaks continues to celebrate cultural diversity and provide residents with enriching experiences that connect us to the wider world.
